When will I get my resume and/or cover letter after purchasing?
Each order for resumes and/or cover letters will take two weeks to complete. Please be sure to fill out the form that asks for all of the information, including your current resume, job description you are applying for, and any other additional information you feel is necessary to include in your resume and/or cover letter.
If there are multiple positions I am looking to apply for and need multiple cover letters, is that included in your packaging deal?
Unfortunately no, only one cover letter can be made with the packages, due to the amount of time it takes to ensure that each cover letter caters to the job you are applying for.
If I decide to no longer apply for the position I originally stated I was going to apply for, how can I cancel my order?
Not a problem, a full refund will be made to you upon your request.
